O3 Services is a shared services company specializing in marketing, lead management, and technology for clientele within the home services industry. Our core competencies are rooted in an understanding of scalable lead flow and the components that contribute to it.

Our marketing expertise includes both awareness and acquisition via search engine optimization, search engine marketing, pay-per-lead acquisition platforms, email marketing and automation, local marketing and reputation management, and paid social media.

Once we’ve acquired qualified leads on behalf of our clients, we nurture them with multiple touch points, rapid response times, and outstanding customer service to ensure booked appointments in each of the sales territories our clients cover. 

We do all of this using robust, customized technology to capture leads in an automated fashion, properly attribute marketing tactics, simplify the booking process, and allow for valuable analysis from lead to closed job so that our clients can understand true ROI.

We believe all sustainable business success is a function of replicable processes. We feel so strongly about it that our company is named for it. O3 stands for the three O’s of how we tackle business challenges and solve them: observe, organize, optimize.

 

Observation

We watch, we ask questions, we do research, we learn. It’s critical that we fully understand our client, their business operations and goals, the market, and their competitors. What has been done in the past is essential to informing what is done in the future. All our clients go through an observation phase before we make any business decisions on their behalf.

 

Organization

Once we know who we're working with and what they’ve done well (or poorly) in the past, we start organizing our efforts in meaningful ways. This means creating process documentation, organizing shared folders that house information in an easy-to-find structure, and implementing standardized naming conventions for anything and everything we do. Only through strategic segmentation of information, can we really make a difference when it comes time to optimize.

 

Optimization

The final phase in our process is one that comes in waves, but is always ongoing. We test and learn by controlling variables, making one change at a time, and measuring the impact. Every decision comes from data… whether it’s a historical analysis or an A/B test. We’ve found that filtering down to the apples-to-apples details allows us to spot the real patterns and insights and deliver the highest value to our clients.

Our History

Formed as JAB Marketing to service Precision Painting Plus’ advertising needs in 2015, we rebranded into O3 Services in February 2021 after years of developing our core competencies and the winning recipes for success within the home services industry. We’ve grown into servicing our client’s needs in six states and are positioned to grow into dozens of additional major markets in the next few years.

Our roadmap also includes launch assistance and beta testing of services for multiple additional home services brands within our commonly owned portfolio of businesses. We’ll also be exploring similar offerings in the boutique fitness industry in several regions of New York.
